Overview
HXGN □ -12 series AC metal ring network switchgear adopts FLN □ -12 type SF6 load switch as the main switch and the whole cabinet adopts air-insulated, suitable for distribution automation, compact and expandable metal enclosed ring network switchgear . It has the characteristics of simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking and easy installation. Satisfactory technical solutions can be provided for various applications and different user requirements.
The main switch of HXGN □ -12 series AC metal ring network switchgear is selected from our company’s FLN36-12 type or ABB’s SFG type SF6 load switch. It can also be equipped with VS1 type, VD4/S type ISM type vacuum circuit breaker or HD4/S5 type SF6 circuit breaker. The load switch and circuit breaker can be operated manually or electrically. After matching the electric operating mechanism, PT, CT, FTU and communication device, the distribution automation function can be realized.

Structure and basic components of circuit breaker cabinet
Basic structure
HXGN port -12 circuit breaker cabinet is mainly used for the incoming line cabinet of the main power supply or backup power supply in the ring network power supply system and the middle section cabinet of the dual power supply system. VS1 operation mechanism of vacuum circuit breaker is spring energy storage type, which can be operated by AC or DC, or by manual operation, which is the domestic vacuum circuit breaker with the largest domestic consumption at present. VD4/S type vacuum circuit breaker, or HD4/S type S F 6 circuit breaker, is specially designed by the Italian ABB company for the ring network switchgear, and its switching capacity is sufficient to cope with various states, including the operation of normal switching equipment or branch network and the switching off of short circuit current under special circumstances. Other cabinets
Busbar connection cabinet
The busbar connection cabinet is used to connect the cable and the busbar. The cabinet is equipped with a cable clamp for fixing the cable. It can also be equipped with components such as current transformer and lightning arrester. Cabinet width is 375mm or 500mm.
Bus section cabinet
The busbar section cabinet is always used together with the busbar lift cabinet. The basic cabinet is 375mm wide and is equipped with a FLN36-12 or FLN48-12 or SFG type three-station SF6 load switch for busbar section.
Busbar lifting cabinet
The busbar lifting cabinet connects the busbar to the bottom of the section cabinet equipped with a load switch. It can be used as a measuring cabinet when the cabinet width is 500mm.
Metering cabinet
The metering cabinet is used to measure the voltage, current and power. The front upper door and lower door are equipped with special lead seals, which is convenient for the power supply department to seal.
Double power inlet cabinet
This equipment is composed of two electric load switch counters and a full set of automatic switching devices. In order to realize the automatic switching function of the system, in addition to the traditional PT collection voltage, the system also introduces live Monitor verification mode, and according to the actual situation, the device can be set to the following two working modes:
* The incoming line is one main and one backup
* The two incoming lines are reserved for each other
Auxiliary equipment
DJD-1 short-circuit ground fault indicator uses logic circuit to realize over-current alarm and delay reset function, and can also be reset manually Three short-circuit fault sensors are installed on the three-phase power cable, one ground fault sensor is installed on the three-core cable, the display unit is fixed on the panel of the switch cabinet, and the sensor and the display unit are connected by optical fiber or cable. Condensation controller
The condensation controller is composed of temperature (humidity) sensor, control unit and heater. When the ambient temperature (humidity) reaches the preset range, the control unit will start the heating circuit. It monitors the temperature and humidity of the installation environment of the switchgear in real time, so that the ambient temperature index meets the working requirements and can effectively prevent condensation. FTU and communication device
HXGN □-12 series AC metal ring network switch equipment can be optionally equipped with DAT-1L and other types of distribution automation terminals (feeder automation terminal unit, FTU), and the switch cabinet is incorporated into the data collection and monitoring of the distribution automation system through the optical fiber communication system The system (SCADA system) realizes the remote control, telemetry and telesignal functions of the switchgear. With the master station software, it can also realize fault isolation, recovery and network reconstruction functions of the distribution network.
DAT-1L Distribution Automation Terminal
A typical DAT-1L distribution automation terminal has the following main functions:
Information collection and processing functions: including 48 road remote communication ,8 way telemetry ,8 way remote control and 1 way DC.
Parameter setting function: with parameter remote setting and local setting function.
Timing function: receive the command of the master or sub-station, keep synchronization with the system clock.
